HOW DID I MISS PUTTING THIS ON MY BLOG???!!!!!
My sister, Jane Fjeldsted, directed the choir during the Saturday afternoon session of General Conference, in Salt Lake City, earlier this month. We were talking with my father after the session and he made the comment that people don't recognise how difficult it is to put together a family choir and make it sound good. Jane had only a handful of weeks to put this together, and she did a remarkable job. Working with children's voices, as well as adults, is rather tricky. The choir members sat together as families, not in sections according to the part they sing. It was F-A-B-U-L-O-U-S! Jane also did the arragement of songs to fit their voices. Well done!!!! Simply beautiful!
