NOT A "FAREWELL"

This past weekend was the last get together at our Neola home before we move out on our next adventure.  We had our, better than average, grandchildren there, (at least most of them) accompanied by their amazing parents!  (Saturday & Sunday, March 23 & 24, 2013).  Front and center is Rhett.  2nd row, left to right are Hayley, Parker, Wyatt, Jackson, Russell.  3rd row, Granna, Harper, Papa,  Samantha, Easton.

We had more fun than we deserved, but we are also still vacuuming up!

Saturday night, in the freezing cold, we had our annual Smith Easter egg hunt in the dark with flashlights.  WE LOVE THIS EVENT!!!  There were extra bodies, which made it really fun.  Those included LeeAnn and her 2 grandsons, Brandon and Chandler.....Jimmie and Kimba, Jessica and Greg with their children, Adam, Dylan and Brady...Shannon and Scott with their sons Daniel and Josh.  Last, but not least, Curtis and Kate with their very active, yet ever funny kiddos, Caden, Olivia, (Walter) Peyton and Eliza.  Each person got to find 8, super junk-filled easter eggs.  Russell captured the Super Duper prize, a golden peanut butter bunny, after much searching and many hints from Papa.

Sunday began bright and early with a 9:00 a.m. meeting at the Neola 2nd Ward chapel.
The very best part of the Sunday "talks" are having them over!!  From the many very kind comments we've received most agree!!  Lynne and I were pleased.   We had friends from Jensen, Neola 1st Ward, Midway and several other exotic places.  We had far too much leftover food, but we were filled to overflowing.  Thanks everyone for coming!!!!!
